Here's an oversized 1960s Wittnauer chrono with a panda-style dial.
You know the market for these oversized steel chronos with round pushers is sizzling.
Take a look:
The black panda dial with the red and blue chapter ring in excellent condition. There's a tiny bit of patina on the ring, including one small spot at the 11 mark, obscured by the crystal. Nothing to detract from the immense appeal of this classic.
The solid stainless steel case is 38mm wide, excluding the signed Wittnauer crown, by 46mm from lug to lug.
Under the hood is a Caliber 14Y manual movement, made for Wittnauer by Landeron. (It's a modified Landeron 249.) The top pusher starts the chronograph. Bottom pusher stops and resets the chronograph.
